3.0 General Rules Top

3.2 More pages with hyperlinks are available, at an additional cost per page. You can have as many pages as you like. No additional costs (Hyperlinks) to other sites will be charged. This is part of the set-up fee per page. See below for tariffs.

3.3 Changes to your web page are accepted, at a fee. This depends on the frequency of updating information, and/or the complexity of any change or update. See below for tariffs. We can discuss a special tariff for any monthly pricing or newsletter updating of your page information, should this be required.

3.4 Although Smalladds.com has taken all possible precaution to have this site up and running on a 24 hour basis, 7 days a week basis, the owners will not accept any responsibility for loss of data, information or advertising time in the event of a failure of our server, any ISP (Internet Service Provider), or the telecommunication lines.

3.5 Your web page/s will be linked, as is many other small business pages, to our main web page.

3.6 Referrals: An important incentive to take note of is the following: If you (as a subscriber) can refer three businesses/persons to subscribe to our smalladds.com site, and they actually sign the contract and arrange for debit order payment, your subscription (R40 p.m.) will be free from then onwards! This will exclude any additional advertising costs / or changes to web pages.

4.0 Tariff Structure: Top

4.1 Initial set-up fee: R100 once off. This will include the design of your web page. Please note that only standard text and posting of photos is accepted for this fee. Should you need any animation or special effects, an additional R100 will be charged, depending on the complexity. A standard web page size or length is defined as 1 – 2 x A4 size pages.

4.2 Cost per Month for your 1^st Web Page: R40

4.3 Cost for any additional pages hyper linked to your main page: R20 p.m. (per page) No additional cost for design, unless complex. Then the fee (as is 4.1) shall apply.

4.4 Updating of information on your web page: R50 per month, if text only. For design changes the R100 fee will apply as per 4.1 above.

4.5 Advertising: As part of our service, the smalladds.com site will be posted on the South African Search engines where this option is free.

4.5.1 Should you want additional advertising exposure, we can add your business name to our monthly add (your business name listed specifically) running in the local Moot booklet which is distributed to about 40000 post boxes per month. If there is sufficient interest, we can expand this to other post box booklets/letters in the Moot and Montana areas (Pretoria).

4.6 We can digitise your existing photos to be used on your web site, at no cost (maximum 6). We can also take digital photos of your shop, products, services, staff, vehicles, etc. to be displayed on your web site. No cost, but we charge R3.00 per km transport from our offices.

4.7 Summary of tariffs:

To subscribe = R100 once off

Hosting = R40 p.m.

So for a set-up fee of R100 and R40 p.m. your web site will be there for the world to see, and you have a web site to include in your own advertising, business cards, brochures, etc.

Any business today need to have a presence on the Internet, e-commerce is where technology is taking us!
